Male Fertility
About 1 in 3 infertility cases involve male factors like low sperm count or motility issues. We help diagnose the cause and offer tailored treatment options to support your journey to parenthood.
What We Offer
Not sure which applies to you? Book a consultation and our specialists will walk you through it.
Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA)
A quick, minimally invasive procedure where a fine needle is used to draw sperm directly from the testes. It’s used when no sperm shows up in the ejaculate, most often due to a blockage that prevents sperm from being released even though the body is still producing it.
What happens in
the Procedure?
A straightforward procedure, with minimal recovery time and helps men with azoospermia or similar blockages.

01
Consultation
We assess your fertility situation and confirm TESA is right for you.
02
Preparation
You’re sedated by a certified anesthesiologist for comfort.
03
Procedure
Sperm is extracted directly from the testes.
04
Analysis & Storage
Sperm is checked for quality, then frozen (stored up to 1 year).
05
Recovery
You receive care instructions and follow-up support.
Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE)
Similar to TESA, but instead of a needle draw, a small sample of testicular tissue is surgically removed and examined to retrieve sperm. It’s typically used when TESA doesn’t retrieve enough viable sperm, which can happen in more complex cases of azoospermia where sperm production itself is affected, not just blocked.
Key points:
Effective when sperm can’t be found through TESA alone
Retrieved sperm can be frozen for future treatments
Includes a full consultation to confirm it’s the right fit
Comprehensive care throughout the process
Sperm Freezing (Sperm Cryopreservation)
Sperm freezing, or cryopreservation, is the process of collecting a sperm sample, analyzing it in the lab, and freezing it at very low temperatures. This keeps the sperm viable for years, so it can later be thawed and used in treatments like IVF or ICSI whenever you’re ready.
What happens in
the Procedure?
A straightforward procedure with minimal recovery time, designed for men looking to preserve their fertility for the future.
Swipe Right →
01
Collection
Sperm is collected, most often through ejaculation. In some cases — such as when TESA or TESE was used — it’s collected surgically instead.
02
Analysis
Before freezing, the sample is examined in the lab to check sperm count, motility (how well they move), and overall shape and quality. This helps confirm the sample is viable for future use.
03
Freezing
The sample is combined with a protective solution and gradually cooled, then frozen in liquid nitrogen at very low temperatures. This process, called cryopreservation, protects the sperm from damage during freezing.
04
Storage
The frozen sample is labeled and kept in secure, monitored storage tanks. It can remain viable for years, so it’s ready whenever you decide to move forward with treatment.

PGT-A Testing
PGT-A is a genetic screening test used alongside IVF to check embryos for chromosomal abnormalities. It helps identify healthy embryos, improving the chances of successful implantation and a healthy pregnancy.
How it Works?
Give your embryo the best possible start. PGT-A screens for chromosomal health before transfer, so you can move forward with confidence.
Swipe Right →
01
Chromosal Abnormalities Testing
Embryos are screened for an abnormal number of chromosomes (aneuploidies), which can lead to unsuccessful pregnancies, miscarriages, or genetic disorders.
02
Embryo Sex Screening
PGT-A also offers the option to screen for the sex of the embryo, providing parents the ability to know or select the gender of the embryo before transfer.
03
Embryo Biopsy
A biopsy is performed on each embryo, where a small sample of cells is taken for genetic testing. This does not harm the embryo but allows for detailed genetic analysis.
04
Vitrification (Freezing)
After the biopsy, the embryos are frozen using a rapid-freezing technique called vitrification, preserving them for future use while waiting for test results.
Who Should Consider PGT-A Testing?
- Have experienced recurrent pregnancy loss
- Are of advanced maternal age, where the risk of chromosomal abnormalities is higher.
- Have a family history of genetic disorders or chromosomal issues.
- Want to maximize their chances of a healthy pregnancy through IVF.
- Are interested in gender selection for family balancing.

Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA)
ERA identifies the optimal window for embryo transfer by testing the endometrial lining for genetic markers of readiness. This helps ensure the embryo is transferred at the right time for the best chance of implantation.
What is Endometrium?
It is the inner lining of the uterus where a fertilized egg is implanted. It consists of two layers: the stratum basalis that attaches to the smooth muscle tissue of your uterus, and the stratum functionals that shred during menstruation.
Estradiol and progesterone control the growth of the endometrium. The ovaries are the principal source of these two hormones, which help thicken the endometrial layers to prepare the uterus for embryo implantation.
What is Endometrial Receptivity?
This happens when the uterine lining is thick enough for the embryo to attach and develop a new individual. The window of implantation (WOI) normally extends 3 to 6 days within the secretory phase. A successful implantation requires a day 5 or 6 blastocysts with a normal chromosome complement (euploidy), whereas abnormal embryos (aneuploid) result in failed implantation or miscarriage.
When should you undergo ERA Testing?
If the endometrium isn’t receptive at the time of transfer, implantation is unlikely to occur. Women with repeated failed IVF cycles may benefit from an ERA test.
- After two or more failed IVF cycles despite transferring good-quality embryos
- When egg quality, sperm quality, embryo development, and uterine anatomy appear normal
- For women over 35 looking to reduce the risk of another unsuccessful transfer
- When using donor eggs or embryos, where embryo quality is already well-established
What are
the Procedures?
Timing matters. ERA pinpoints the optimal window for embryo transfer, so you can move forward with confidence.

01
Medication
Take the prescribed medications to stimulate growth of the uterine lining and monitor with transvaginal ultrasounds.
02
Procedure
The doctor performs an endometrial biopsy to determine gene expression profile.
03
Results
Based on the biopsy results, the doctor determines whether the endometrium is receptive or non-receptive.
04
Analysis
If it is non-receptive, the doctor will postpone the embryo transfer to the next cycle to adjust the progesterone for a higher pregnancy rate.
What are the possible ERA test outcomes?
- Receptive Result: The WOI is open at the time and the endometrium is ready for an embryo transfer. This means that the patient received the appropriate amount of progesterone exposure.
- Non-receptive Result: The endometrium is not ready for an embryo transfer due to insufficient progesterone exposure. An extra 12 to 24 hours of progesterone exposure is required before proceeding with the transfer.
- Post-receptive Result: When a progesterone started too early in the menstrual cycle, a repeated biopsy is necessary to identify the correct timing of progesterone initiation.

Endometrial Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
Endometrial PRP uses a patient’s own blood platelets to improve the uterine lining for better embryo implantation. This regenerative treatment supports healing in cases of poor endometrial quality.
Endo PRP Procedure
for Recurrent Implantation Failure
Give your uterine lining the support it needs. PRP uses your body’s own healing properties to help improve your chances of successful implantation

01
Blood Collection
A small blood sample is drawn from the arms of the patient. This does not require any anesthesia or fasting.
02
Platelet Separation
The blood is placed in a centrifuge to separate the platelets and plasma from the red blood cells. They will be transferred into an intrauterine catheter for the next procedure.
03
PRP Injection
A spectrum will be infused into the patient’s vagina to observe your cervix. Then, the clinician will insert a soft, thin catheter through the cervix opening into the uterus to introduce the PRP.
How PRP Treatment Increases Pregnancy Rates?
Studies have shown encouraging results in using PRP as a treatment for thin endometrium and RIF. It has therapeutic effects on the placenta that provides essential factors for cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and tissue regeneration. This mechanism improves endometrial receptivity and ultimately improves pregnancy outcomes.
PRP’s anti-inflammatory characteristics are vital in generating a conducive environment for the uterine wall. Preclinical trials have found better endometrial receptivity, expression of proliferative genes, and pregnancy rates.
Uses of Endo PRP Treatment
Endo PRP offers targeted benefits for endometrial health and implantation success. It is primarily pursued for:
- Addressing RIF: Administered to women with repeated IVF failures due to poor endometrial receptivity.
- Improving Embryo Implantation Rates: Helps endometrial receptivity and increases successful embryo implantation.
- Improving Pregnancy Results: Studies suggest PRP optimizes pregnancy rates in women with previous IVF failures.
- Improving Endometrial Thickness: Used for patients with thin endometrium to improve implantation rates in IVF.
It becomes a safe and minimally invasive option to support endometrial regeneration and improve outcomes in women facing infertility.
