On May 13 to 15, Fertility Philippines joined the 26th Vietnam-France-Asia-Pacific Obstetrics and Gynecology Conference (OGVFAP) 2026 held in Ho Chi Minh City. Medical Director Dr. Mark McKelvie represented the FP clinic alongside 3,000 delegates and leading international experts around the world.
Specialist Level II Doctor Tran Ngoc Hai, Director of Tu Du Hospital, opened the conference with a key lecture on the major trends emerging from the World Congress of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO 2025), focusing on early diagnosis, accurate diagnosis, and minimally invasive interventions It highlighted reports on fetal cardiac intervention, diagnosis, and treatment of complicated twin pregnancies, showcasing advancements in reproductive health.
Dr. McKelvie was immersed with the advances in minimally invasive treatment and high-tech medicinal applications for women’s healthcare strategies. “It was a great opportunity to meet colleagues in the region and learn from their experience, whilst sharing with them knowledge and expertise from our own company,” he said.
The conference included 70 in-depth scientific presentations of specialists from Vietnam, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Italy, France, the Republic of Korea, Argentina and Singapore.
